Running race (trail) 41:26 [4] 4.0 km (10:22 / km) shoes: highlander
Green river cc O meet. nice course good layout. not alot of hard nav but good miz of bushwacking and full on running. legs still extremely heavy. a little fresher could have shaved a couple of minutes. no significant errors but by the time I went out there was a pretty clear cattle path.
Kayaking (sea kayak) 6:00:00 [3] 28.6 mi (12:35 / mi)
paddle around bainbridge isl with matt and RVG. That's it. All the work is done now and its time to taper. We have been breaking each other down for the last few weeks and we are as well prepared as possible for six days of back to back hammering.
