The pool is closed this weekend (so they can use it for a swim meet, those pesky HS kids, sheesh :) so I had to be creative in finding ways to train without too much weight on my feet.
I decided to go for a walk at PNS, partly because I really needed to get back to the woods, and I wanted to test how it would feel to walk without the boot. I did a brisk walk, but I think I should have stopped after 20 minutes. My arch is hurting now, although the heel is OK.
Then a shortened weight routine (no leg work).
