Event: Fall BEAST
 

Adventure Race 5:22:10 [4] 25.0 mi (12:53 / mi)

Fall Beast. According to the Provisional results we took 5th place overall. Good to see all the locals and friends from far away. Race conditions were miserable at best. Good times. Despite some cramping, I felt good and am pleased with how things came out. It's been a while since I could say that about a race.

Crossfit Total

Squat 245, 255, (260) I didn't feel safe going any higher without a spotter. I might have had another 10 pounds.

Shoulder Press 95, 110, (115) I attempted 120 but it wouldn't go.

Deadlift 255, 265, (275) I did the stomp around psych up to stick 275.

Total: 650

For a 156 pound guy that's about "intermediate". I would need 866 to break into the advanced catagory.
