Squat 245, 255, (260) I didn't feel safe going any higher without a spotter. I might have had another 10 pounds.
Shoulder Press 95, 110, (115) I attempted 120 but it wouldn't go.
Deadlift 255, 265, (275) I did the stomp around psych up to stick 275.
Total: 650
For a 156 pound guy that's about "intermediate". I would need 866 to break into the advanced catagory.
