Radishes
Lettuce
Juvenile plants:
Rhubarb, and pots of radishes
Striped German tomatoes, heirloom
Cabbage, cauliflower, kale, bok choi, peas, chives
Note
This turned out well:
A lot of kale, ribs removed and chopped fine
onion
shallot
pine nuts
fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
Saute onion, shallot, pine nuts.
Add kale and cover. Cook for a little while.
Add grapefruit juice; cook down liquid.
Yum!!!
