COC middle in Whitehorse. Lots of short controls, basically a control pick with a couple full legs. Super fun. Off on the compass on one of the longer legs in thick green, lost maybe a minute, and a couple other little hesitations, but mostly good.

COC long in Whitehorse. Fairly brutal terrain with lots of bouncy ground. Went out super slow and careful and didn't make any big mistakes, ended up with a good result.

Rest day run along the Yukon river. Started from the narrow spot in Miles Canyon, along the river level for a while, then big climb up along the bluff way above it. Good views for the whole thing.

NAOC sprint in Carcross. Some around a tiny shopping center, then a bunch of long boring legs through the town roads, then a quick loop through some sand dunes at the end.
2 PM

orienteering 25:58 [3] 3.91 km (6:38 / km) +111m 5:49 / km

HPP handicap score-o race in the afternoon. 17 controls, and I got to skip 2 of them, but then I skipped 3 and had to double back 600m at the end to get the last one. Super fun terrain and exciting with tons of people out there at the same time.

Club relay with Dad and Mitch. Around some ski trails at a biathlon range, so easy and fast and was fun to run hard.
