Ski with Carol a bit up the mountain. Cold days are over, its back to warm summer mode skiing.

Warm and gluey ddp around the flat parts. The snow isn't deep enough to till down at the bottom, so they're just packing it, which doesn't thaw well when its 55 degrees.

Pretty sore this morning, from lots of km this week and yesterday's big climb day. Snow was nice though, so I went halfway up and then down for a crust ski through the valley.

Waiting until it warmed up to a pleasant 17 degrees, then went out and rocked some excellent blue wax. Snow was mostly still squeaky cold, and it was still pretty windy out, but at least it was sunny.

Ski with Jon down to the valley and a little bit up the mountain. Super duper windy out, with a couple inches of cold fluffy powder on the trails.

Daily double pole, which I think will become a thing, at least until I get strong enough to bring back the dpod.
Super duper cold out, with lots of wind, even worse than this morning (though this time I had twice as many clothes on). Well on its way towards zero for the next night or two.

From 60 degrees in Canada back to 15 in California. Snow was even colder, lots of squeaking going on along the shady back side trails. But snow conditions on the top of the mountain were fairly awesome, better than anything last year. The bottom half is still crap though.

Back out for an afternoon double pole, down along the road into the valley. Snow was comfortably up to purple temperature, and it was quite nice out.
