Run with Carol up on top of the mountain. A little cloudy and lots of breezy, but pretty warm. Most of the snow has melted or been tracked down, but there was still enough to posthole knee-high through in a couple spots and plenty for snowballs. And then we got engaged.
A little bit of dirt, quite a bit of snow, and lots of water. Almost bit it on some ice across the beaver dam, but recovered with full grace and dignity.

Out tromping around the woods a bit. Most of the trails were already broken in (or just slushed down to a couple inches), but the hillside down into the valley hadn't been touched, and was anywhere from 6" to a foot in places. Saw a couple people out skiing, but the sounds coming from their skis said they weren't having too great of a time.

Long run on one of Carol's Rim Trail Challenge sections down in south lake. Parts of the trail were really rocky and pointy, but the views were pretty ridiculously gorgeous the entire time.
