Headlamp run down the creek after Carol got home. The new lamp (one of them) definitely needs the diffuser moved over, but it seems a lot brighter than the old one.

Spent literally all day at the dentist, partly because its 1.5 hours away in Auburn and partly because I ended up with two appointments that were split by a couple hours. The first of likely three adventures there in the next few weeks. Yay.

Hill workout at Donner Lake with Daniela. Felt pretty strong and was running the first half a few seconds faster than normal, but then instatired and spent the last half not passing out.

Long intervals with Jonis at ASC. Good grooming, definitely better than TD, but only 2k or so. Felt randomly tired for some of them, and quite good for some others. It better warm up and melt soon, I need a rest day.
