the around-the-mountain-range-ride, plus a bonus loop around Camarillo-Ventura-Oxnard. route. a few good hills, plus some fun winds, but it all felt pretty strong.
also the gmap-ped "calorie counter" says I burned 24000 calories today. maybe thats if I had run it?
A couple hours wandering around the woods up at Mt Pinos doing control checking for the sprint courses. Mostly walking and mapping rootstocks.

On the drive in I dropped the mt bike at the bottom end of the map so I could ride back up to the top after checking out Sprint #2 (all downhill). Ended up wanding around the trails a bit just for fun - I'm not so good at this.
