mapping 1:30:00 [1]

sfd. could only do an hour and a half before it got ridiculously hot. that'd be 9:30.

mtn bike 30:00 [1]

brought the bike this time, since its about 3k from the car to the area I'm working in right now, which just sucks to walk when its sunny and hot. no hills, since the whole place is flat, but lots of windy little trails through the cactus.

road bike 54:00 [2] 12.0 mi (13.3 mph)

got out to about the furthest point from home on this ride, then broke two spokes on the rear wheel. didn't even have the spoke wrench to try to fix it up either. rolled home on a very tacoed wheel, not too quickly. made it all the way without breaking any more though.

mapping 2:00:00 [1]

santa fe dam. so this huge chunk of the map just burned down. I guess its an improvement, since it used to be chest high uber-dark green and now its wide open and runnable. although the ground is black and it smells kinda funky. fortunately I hadn't mapped too much of that part yet, so I didn't lose too much work.

road bike 1:01:00 [3] 17.7 mi (17.4 mph)
ahr:151

first afternoon ride in a long time. had a lot more energy than on the 7am rides. go figure.
