US champs blue at Tahoe. The results say "MSP", but I prefer to say "accidently skipped 11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21". but boy did I spike 22.

loop around Sentinal Dome, then Taft Point.

hike down to see a sequoia grove. oddly not as impressive as sequoia NP.

Lembert Dome at sunset. good run, although we definitely went up the long way.

quick jog around the ghetto. it was late (10pm) and dark, but I figured that most of the people I saw were hopped up enough that even I could outrun them.

temescal canyon. felt prety bad today, had a big headache at the end. not sure why. it was hot, even at 7:30pm, but I was hydrated. maybe its just from not doing anything for the last week (except working 12 hour days)

saw a coyote 20ft in front on the trail down. he darted off the trail, don't know where he went, but the scrub was so thick and coyote colored that he could have gone 5 feet in and stopped and I never would have seen him.
