so I went back to the doctor today. as expected the xrays showed nothing useful. going for an MRI tomorrow. the swelling went down lots since last week and the doc still can't find the fcl.
one of our more optimistic coaches said that the reason it didn't hurt when I did it was because I must have torn it completely. they only hurt for partial tears, if you go all the way through you can't feel a thing. woohoo.
doc says I can run and lift and do everything on it, I just can't wrestle. not even drilling for two weeks. all the bending front/back tendons are fine, its the whole fat-guy-twist-knee-to-side thing thats the problem. the run on it today felt fine, I'm gonna try some real light squat work tomorrow.
