I found a new way to injur myself. While having a bad dream, and sleeping on my side, I let out a forceful high kick, thinking I was standing. It landed hard on the closet door frame next to my bed. Fortunately, I curled my toes up and didn't break any. I hit a wooden corner right at where the big toe joins the foot. The ensuing pain woke me up easily and served as a training opportunity in detaching my mind from the pain.

Overland Park, KS. 45 situps. I had intended to run. The evening was nice. The problem was that I didn't pack my running short. I used the time to buy some. It was probably good to rest my toe too.
