Orienteering race 1:19:00 [4] *** 9.2 km (8:35 / km) +110m 8:06 / km
shoes: Newer Salomons

Day 2, DVOA A meet. Red course, 9.2 km. Decent run, 2 roughly 1 minute mistakes, couple of other smaller mistakes.

weight:170lbs shoes: Newer Salomons

Day 1, DVOA A meet, Red course, 6.3 km. Good course, interestingly different map and terrain.

Great run through #9, then 2 consecutive bad mistakes, 6 and 3 minutes. First was a bad plan (no attack point), second bad execution. Then a couple more 30 - 40 second execution mistakes. Overall kind of a frustrating race--too many mental errors.

DVOA A meet, sprint course. Lots of running in and in between thick vegetation clumps. 3 minutes lost on #9.
