Orienteering 1:32:09 [4] 12.4 km (7:26 / km)
shoes: Integrator O-spikes

Long at Buffalo. Pretty clean race. I was able to stay ahead of Clem for a while and kept in touch for a bit when he went by. Overall, I was quite happy, although I chose a poor route on one of the long legs.

Took the trails into work, since I knew I'd be tied up all day grading.

Running intervals 36:06 [4] 3.5 mi (10:19 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Hurricane 10

After a 2-hour course AAR, I went down to Shea Stadium and did 6 x 400m's with 200m RIs. It was a glorious day, sunny & cool, low humidity, although a bit windy. I was surprised by how decent I felt, although my times were not consistent (I tend to run consistent intervals without trying)--wonder what that's about.
10min warm-up

11min cool-down.

Some track guy was down there turning 400s and 800s at about 25 seconds faster per lap than I was. Humbling.

New shoes felt good.

Biking (Commute) 27:00 [2]

Mapping (Drafting) 1:20 [0]

Finished the water-tower hillside on the Buckner Sprint Map...motivated to pass the map off to Jordan on Thursday AM.
