Went out after dark and did a warm-up, then 5x1km intervals down by Shea with about 200m / 2min RIs. Goal was 3:31, but I hit 3:55, 3:51, 3:50, 3:49, and 3:50. Walked back to the level of the Plain before jogging home. Felt heavy on my feet until I consciously started to do light foot plants and that seemed to help me feel faster and push harder.
