I have come to the conclusion that some of the people extracting compensation for orienteering-related activities in the US do not deserve the appellation "professional."

30 minutes of running with gswede is just about too much for me! But, it was fun.
Especially good to hear about his orienteering goals and a structured approach to achieving them.
