Warmed up on the model map and the trails. Worked on agility.

US Middle Championships.

Really good, but not great race. Although, in retrospect the lines I took were really good, and in some cases I got lucky. Most of the time I lost was in the control circles. 2 and 14 were poor. But, otherwise, I was moving well.

US Sprint Championships.

Would have been satisfied with this, but lost 30 seconds on number 4. The rest of the course was OK. No top end speed, but I got around generally OK.

Probably 1 minute of mistakes overall.

DVOA Evansburg.

Had a disaster, when I ran to 18 instead of 14. It was the worst possible mistake one could have made on that map, and it was demoralizing and penalizing.
