Easy speed, level 8 hills.

Had intended to run outside, but when I got around to it after doing some work, it was 10PM and raining.

Abs. Still no upper body until the elbow gets better.

TNT. 10 x the Red Hill (aka SOFA.) With Hugh, and Sandy. Even Eric passed by and was chasing me up the hill.

Hard, hard work. It takes training to do training, and I haven't enough. This was the first training I've done in quite a while.

But, conditions were favorable.

Note

TNT. Initiated a new convert.

I did some grilling. Not my finest effort. A bit too rushed in the preparation. Temperature was too high and burgers were too done, and fish was sub-optimally done.

But, not a disaster.

Nice run with SGB at a solid pace.

Not too fast, but I was feeling stiff and slow compared to him.

I cooled down on the way back from Lori's.
