After watching the end of the WOC middle, Brendan and I went for a nice run along the river. I got a mild sunburn by the end, from wearing a singlet.

Just me and Tom. But, a nice run. Steady pace. Tom pushed a few downhills but otherwise we were just cruising along.

Humid, but not hot for once.

Iron Hill afterward. Very nice.

A pretty firm effort. Down to Bells Mills and Forbidden Drive, then down to the bridge. And back (in 30 seconds more than the outward leg.)
