Northampton Hot Chocolate Run

Rowing Machine 1:00:00 intensity: (40:00 @2) + (20:00 @3) 13.45 km (4:28 / km)

Wanted to go running, the the large, wet snowflakes would have quickly soaked me and I didn't want to be cold and wet.

13,542 meters. Felt decent--smooth and strong. Worked a little harder at the end.

spms probably around 21 for the hour.

After the fundraiser for Arlen Specter, I was able to get some rowing in. (The irony of me attending a "fundraiser," for Specter no less, was not lost on me.)

Pulled harder than usual, knowing that I would be going for less time today.

Same treadmill. Halfway through, it started making new noises.

Between 1% and 7%, but faster than yesterday, especially last 10 minutes.

On the treadmill at the hotel. Luckily, no one else was in the "gym" or it would have been too cozy.

I didn't destroy the treadmill, but it wasn't feeling robust.

Slow speed, but kept it between 3.5% and 9.5% slope.
