An unplanned rest day, but probably unavoidable. Got up at 4AM to go to Baltimore and not back home until just before 10PM. It was worth it, however.

A needed rest day. My calves were very, very sore after yesterday. And I was just tired.

Legs felt like an engine today. Started slow but finished hard.

Produced a lot of sweat. Dasha graciously brought me an extra towel at 30 minutes but it was quickly overwhelmed.
