Cross Training 30:00 [2]

Weight training 12:00 [2]

With 2 x 10 weights: 30 lunges, 20 shoulder presses. Interspersed with 15 pushups and 50 crunches. Times three.

Note

These days are really ghastly. By 11 AM I was a wreck. And then it got worse. This market, this entire bloody year, takes a mental and physical toll. It just wears you down.

Bike 40:00 [2]

On the recumbent bike.

While reading and after the VP debate which I really didn't want to watch. I did the reading because watching the debate meant that I had no other time to do so. I was able to manage 40 minutes of concentration and decent output.

Cross Training 1:00:00 [2]

Level 6, 695 calories.

Listened to a Jeremy Grantham podcast. It is amazing to me how these "renowned" people, or alternatively, guys like Taleb can spend so much time and say very little insightful and nothing original and yet people hang on their every word.

Weight training 15:00 [3]

Three quick circuits with 10 pounds per side.
