Day 1 Blue UNO Camping Wekeend 2008.

A decent run. I had some cmall loops in the early going, but managed to sort them out by the middle of the course. I also tweaked my eankle a few times early in the course which, when coupled with the second day, probably set back recovery a bit.

As an aside, I have a feeling, which is probably misguided, that the average British public school student appears much more educated than a really good American "public" school stiff owing to the former's at least passing familiarity with the classics.

Philosophy is quite a consolation, though, Boethius dude.

Swelling is persistent. Got to keep wrapping this.

Problem is sitting for work. It would be nice if I could keep the ankle in the air.

I think I should forgo CSU training Thursday.

Simple stuff in the hotel gym. Some of my squat/overhead press things with free weights.

Some of this was actually tough.

A sub-optimal cross trainer--a bit too bouncy to keep the ankle happy.

Swelling was much better this morning, but coloration and feeling still not normal.
