Cut it short because I heard them announce the gym would be closing in 45 minutes. What is with these places?

Did a good workout, but scaled back on the dips to 3x15, but more weight on arms (5s on each side.)

Arms have great definition but legs are skinnier than I'd like.

Two hours of anything can wear at you. After 90 minutes my neck and left glute were hurting (as were the hands, but not terribly.)

Stuck it out for 26,150.

(Had wanted to go to the gym, but got there and had no shoes. That is what a paucity of sleep will get for you.)

In addition to being ridiculously expensive (and avaricious), that hotel did not facilitate working out. Whose idea is it to have a gym that closes at 5 or 6? Anyway, I checked out late and got in a recovery session.

Logistical complications, including vehicle inspection, work, and the drive from SoBe to Boca (with annoying 95 construction) conspired to prevent training for the first day in months.

I wanted to stop on my own schedule, but so be it.
