shoes: Salomon XCR

TNT. Ran with Dasha.

Bike 30:00 [2]

Level 4 hills.

Cross Training 30:00 [2]

Level 4 cross training.

Note

My legs are definitely not great.

While I can walk and am functional, and can run a bit, they still start to fall apart after 30 minutes.

In addition, my left upper quad starts to feel like someone hit it with a bat, and over the past two days, there is a small, sharpish pain in the left knee.

I was going to try to do at least one long run this weekend, but that is clearly off the table.

Run 48:00 [2]
shoes: 9 2007 Saucony

TNT. Was way late. Sorry Sandy!

It was just Sandy and me. Still, with two people, it counts.

Just did laps on the track. I did 2 fastish 1200s and they felt bad, and were slow, and afterwards (after about 30 minutes) my legs felt like crap.

Rowing Machine 12:00 [2]

Just a quick row.

Real easy run. Hills at level 4, probably around 6.5 mph.

40 minutes was all I could do...

Bike 20:00 [2]

Managed to do a little more on the bike. Level 4 hills?
