Run 1:25:00 
Similiar loop to yesterday, but started from home, didn't do the blue trail spur, and ended at the track. Also took it easier than last night with Tom. Still, hills are hills.
Run race 2:42  0.8 km (3:22 / km)
This run had little physical significance--I was doing for mental reasons. Goal time was 2:40. Didn't look at my watch until I hit the finish.
Purpose was to see how close my sense of pace was and to run when legs were quite flat.

Kind of a cooldown back home, but also ran a couple stretches at level 4.
