Easy run over the school and around the fields. Some bits of level 3 for a couple minutes and about 45 seconds? of level 4 near the end. Felt good most of the time with a few aches and pains at other times.
Much better than yesterday, although the legs were shot. Lost 30 seconds on control 2 & 3 of the first leg, and then mostly clean later on. Raced agressively but under control.
