This makes me yearn for a "copy workout from" feature on AP. Of course, this also points to a need for me to do better training.

Upper body, but also did the hip ab/aductors. Why not? The R^2 for these leg exercises and butt pain isn't that high. In other words, butt pain exists without exercises and with them. Spurious correlation.

Still, won't be doing any jumpies any time soon, ditto crazy leg press.

Level 6 hills on the easy side of level 3.

I wouldn't call these "sprints"--just steady progress up the rocky and hard hill.

Treadmill because bikes were full.

Hills slowly (10 minutes/mile) plus a little fast stuff (6 minutes per mile) on the flats.
