TNT. Just Jim and me.

I ran a steady pace, but accelerated around the corners. Jim came out of the gate fast, but faded after about two miles. I ran in the outer lane and he in the inner.

Last lap was fastest: 1:28.55

Dinner afterwards was great. Eric showed up with a rack of ribs and the fixins; Jim brought shrimp, salad, etc...

Perhaps the most/best food to people ratio yet?

Level 8 hills, normal bike.

Upright bikes seem to provide a better workout than recumbents. (Alternatively, I'm just getting out of shape.) And it didn't hurt my leg at all.

Level 5. Butt tight but not sore.

Same as yesterday.

The butt is actually sore to the touch over a fairly well-defined area. It doesn't really hurt when I run slowly, but it does when I poke it.
