President's Cup. A score O, but with only a few variations on optimal routes. One large macro loop was pretty obvious.

A decent race technically, but very good tactically and effort-wise.

Didn't want to race, but as I saw glimpses of Wyatt ahead it seemed like I might be able to stay in visual contact.

Once I got much closer, knowing I had a control in the bank, I decided to work as hard as possible to see if I could hold the position.

Ran mostly with Tom at a firm pace, accelerating on corners. Ran the fast last lap with the girls. Dasha was same time as last week; Sandy a bit faster?

TNT. Just Jim and me.

I ran a steady pace, but accelerated around the corners. Jim came out of the gate fast, but faded after about two miles. I ran in the outer lane and he in the inner.

Last lap was fastest: 1:28.55

Dinner afterwards was great. Eric showed up with a rack of ribs and the fixins; Jim brought shrimp, salad, etc...

Perhaps the most/best food to people ratio yet?

Level 8 hills, normal bike.

Upright bikes seem to provide a better workout than recumbents. (Alternatively, I'm just getting out of shape.) And it didn't hurt my leg at all.
