An really crappy time at Camp Mack. Literally the leg with the most white woods (80%+) was like running through concertina wire the whole way. My legs look ... interesting right now.

Other oddities include new roads, many missing rocks, misplaced circles, mislabled controls, and the wrong numbering of controls on my map.

knee felt suprisingly OK today, but both hamstrings did not. This may be due to poor warmup before careening down the hill - I'm not sure what else may have caused it.
