Note

Two OK but unexceptional races. Felt like I was in thrid gear (of five) most of the time. Definitely need to sharpen my edge physically and mentally.

Don't know how far (before I Google the route) but it was nice. At least it started nice. Awesome soft grass, enough ambient light, and wonderful temperatures. This is the way to do Disneyworld. No fee, no lunacy, no alligators.

Unfortunately, deteriorated on the way back. The wine and large steak residue got the better of my vigor. Still, managed to get back in time.

Long run. First went down to the Penn boathouse (iin around 23:00). Then I was feeling rambunctious so I decide to go challenge Rocky to go a few rounds. So I made my way into South Philly and ran around a while. But, the old guy didn't show. I guess he was scared. Pretty energetic and smooth through 90 minutes but then got a bit tight in the legs (often happens in the quads after that amount of time on pavement.)
