I actually used lunchtime to run. Which was nice.
Level 8, and 9mph at the end.
I'm in OK shape right now, somehow. Not great, but good enough that it is a disgrace to put forth "efforts" like Sunday's.
I do seem to have sustained a groin/lower abdominal strain. Not surprising--it has happened before when I've started to do some faster running. It is noticeable sometimes at night, when sleeping on my stomach.
Have to try to get over that.
