Run 1:00:00 intensity: (5:00 @1) + (15:00 @2) + (35:00 @3) + (5:00 @4)

Normal RCOP workout. But, it felt tough today.

Weight training 25:00 [3]

Normal RCOP weights, but cut short after 25. A little burning in the lower neck caused me to abbreviate the squats. But curls and lunges were OK, so I almost got the same benefit.

Wasted by the end of this.
