The problem is with "Trail-'Orienteering.'" Somehow, the partisans have managed to foist this terminology on the rest of us and insinuate their way into the pantheon of the sport. But, how can you reasonably argue that they are similar enough to be considered variations on a theme? They are clearly not. Whatever merit it may have, Trail-O is not a sport. It is a mental exercise that involves a map.
I know conceptual analysis is verboten, so I'll leave that up to others. And, I'll shut up. I have been feeling pretty argumentative the past few days...

Last 3:30 at 9, then 10, and last minute at 11mph.
Was supposed to do intervals today but my stomach was not so hot. Actually, I felt better once I started running, but not 100%. Also, the gym was crowded, and... just full of excuses.
