CSU training, set by Lori.
A scintillating, awesome outing. Basically, some building orienteering, featuring some nice calisthenics at most controls. Also, I got to do two ascents of the green building.
This workout made me feel like I was 20 again.
I got through one loop and through #7 on the 2nd in 58 minutes. I did all the prescribed exercises, but tacked on 20 "murphies" to hit 60.
