Basic stuff. Less dips (3 x 15) and felt weak, no pull-ups, and aborted the curls because my left forearm was really sore. And the only thing I can think that would have caused that was hitting golf balls. That would be pathetic.
Still, did a good job on the CP (up to 220) and push-ups, so I am not a complete bust.

Easy, on the new bikes (with touch screen and integrated TV.) At least they had straps, so I can't really complain.
