Weight training 35:00 [2]

First weights in a while, and I felt weak. Managed 3 x 20 dips, but I think I pulled a neck muscle while doing so. Did the standard stuff--no lunges, but threw in one-leg press (and one-leg extensions) which are keepers.

Very easy bike, at level 6.

Standard level 7, 8.3 mph. Started brining it up earlier (last 15 seonds of last hill interval) and did the last 30 at 5:40 pace. So, I expected to go further, but averages are what they are.
