A lot of people at the gym and I couldn't transition fast enough to maintain intensity.
Did 16, 16, then 25 dips -- nice improvement there -- pull-ups, arms, leg press, calves, extensions, etc...

This was on a non-TVed machine, and therefore one with the different resistance profile than I normally use. So, it was tough. A consequence, however, was that I think I did my longest 30 minute "distance."
