Quick superset: this time dips, pull-ups, abs.

16, 8, 50; 16, 8, 50; 12, 8, 50.

Why was I weak on the dips? Do the pull-ups tire those muscles?

Anyway, 8 more pull-ups after cardio.

Level 7 hills, 7.5 minutes/mile. Last minute at 6 minutes/mile.
