First 40 minutes at about 2:12 and 19 spm. Next 10 minutes paddle pressure at around 2:25. Then 2 on, 2 off X 4.
First one with the damper on 4, next at 6, then 5, then 4.
I got down to 1:44 (1:43 for a few) on the seond interval, but with the setting on 5 or 6, I maxed out pretty much at 1:47, going at 33 spm.
