Again, mostly upper body. This time, 3x10 dips, in a superset with 40 back extensions. Also 50 on the arm circuit but with rest.

Bike 30:00 [2]

Level 8 hills.

Cross Training 10:00 [2]

Quick set. Trying to get to the shoe repair before it closed.

Rowing Machine 15:00 [2]

A little more.
