Note
My legs are definitely not great.
While I can walk and am functional, and can run a bit, they still start to fall apart after 30 minutes.
In addition, my left upper quad starts to feel like someone hit it with a bat, and over the past two days, there is a small, sharpish pain in the left knee.
I was going to try to do at least one long run this weekend, but that is clearly off the table.
