TNT. Ran mostly with Tom. As the workout progressed, I added some 400s. Ran with Dasha at 1:50 (she got tired) then she did 1:28, then did another every 9 minutes or so: 1:26, 1:24, 1:23, 1:21, 1:20.
Between laps, we ran at easy-crusing pace on the athletic fields.
Very tired at end.
