I bumped up these both slightly starting at :30 through the 5th interval. I jacked it to 9 mph for 30 of that one, back to 8, up to 9 for the last :30 of the 6th interval and kept it there until end. Jacked climb to 5.5% for last :30.
Felt good by middle. Calf and glute tight at beginning.
