First half was a good solid pace but it got dark so quickly that the last 30 minutes was an exercise in ankle preservation. I was largely running on feel, but luckily didn't damage anything. Of course, that part was also slower, but I still think by pushing uphills it counts as all 3 level.
Thought I found the edge of Seneca Creek park but it was just an arm. Much more to discover. Just need the right trails. Tomorrow?
