level 10 hills. 5.08 "miles." Felt really good here. Heart rate was a little higher than I expected on this but then I may have been working harder. Actually, I felt like I was going to destroy the machine, rip it apart.

level 8 hills. 5.20 "miles." Decided to take it a little easier and also to go just legs-no arms-to isolated hamstrings and glutes. Still, a fair workout. Legs felt fine.

Guess I will do ~1 hour tomorrow, really easy.

Legs felt fine during the running today, so I am going to shoot for 6 hours/6 or 7 days next week -- and they better not be all running, or someone should yell at me.

Addendsum to workout: was locked out of the appartment for what seemed an eternity since I went to the gym early and had to wait until Dasha came home to let me in. Despite a warmish evening, I soon grew cold.
