Prologue. Lost :50 on second control (compass). Decent afterwards with several 10-15 second mistakes.
Orienteering 45:18 [4]
Chase. Good run. Felt tired and didn't push at the end. Robbie Paddock beat me in the finish but had I known he was an American and not a random European, I might have tried harder.
