Orienteering race 2:12:44 [5] 5.8 km (22:53 / km) +175m 19:53 / km

Ran the QOC Prince William meet Green course and very badly. But I did finish. I have a feeling there will be a lot of DNFs in the results, but maybe it was just me. This was a very tough course technically for me as it was in a section of the woods with no paths or trails. There was just one road to cross. Also, seems like there were way more gullies, ditches and green areas then the map showed. Legs also very long with not many collecting features. It was a good experience for long range navigating and hopefully I can carry some lessons forward. On the plus side, it was a really nice day to be in the woods with temps in the upper 50s and sunny. Most snow was melted and the sections that were not green with briers were very runnable.

P90X+ Total Body workout. This hits it all.

Running 25:00 [5] 3.0 mi (8:20 / mi)

Treadmill run. 5 minute walk/run warm-up then 4 intervals of 40 seconds @ 10MPH/4:20 @ 7MPH.

P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I still can't keep up with this workout because of all the extreme push-ups.
